The problem​
In Belgium, many shoppers don’t know that the Bonus Folder is available in the Albert Heijn app, or that a new one appears every Friday. How do you point people to the app without making another boring reminder post?​

The idea
Why hide the deals in a boring flyer when you can just sing them out loud? People remember discounts better when they’re sung, not read. By turning weekly bonuses into a song, we made them joyful, memorable and impossible to ignore. It’s a party for your shopping cart, with the app as the place to find all the deals.

The execution
We created a store activation and social video in which real customers sang the weekly bonus products to the melody of the iconic Belgian song “Laat de zon in je hart”. Everyday shopping lists became karaoke lyrics, turning discounts into entertainment. While the song delivered the bonus in a playful way, it also encouraged shoppers to try the Albert Heijn app, where the Bonus Folder is easy to find.
